Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement promotional activities and sales campaigns as directed by top management.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest solutions to ensure goals are met.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve sales-related and operational issues within the zone.
- Provide insights by analyzing market trends and customer needs, new business opportunities and potential
- markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
Pre-Requisite:
- Age between 25 and 30 years.
- Should have Degree in Sales or Marketing in a Recognized Institution.
- Must have valid driver's license.
- Should have good PR and ability to identify customer needs.
- Required minimum 2-year experience in area sales handling.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in various geographical locations as per requirement.
