Candidate should be a graduate preferably from a government university and having solar related experience is a must.

Electrical Engineer (Solar)

<ul><li>Update resign employee details in the system and prepare Ex-Employees service letters.&nbsp;</li><li>Check resign employee's payroll dues and releasing gratuity, leave encashment, ESD and other related payments.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews before last date of the resigned employee.</li><li>Prepare and reconciles Commission/Fixed Allowance for Abans Group.</li><li>Process salary for contract employees / interns' payments according to the given timelines.</li><li>Prepare memos for office loans/funeral contributions / other contributions / releasing held salaries / retention / commissions/allowances.</li></ul>

Senior Executive - Payroll

<ul><li>Successfully completed G. C. E A/L.&nbsp;</li><li>Candidates with experience in product and process training for retail/ insurance etc will be given preference.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>IT and Technical Skills.</li><li>Should be willing to travel and lodge out of Colombo.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to speak in Tamil would be an added advantage</li></ul>

Training and Development Executive (Product / Process Training)

<ul><li>3-5 years' experience in the capacity of Interior Designer.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in retail environments and visual merchandising is an added advantage.</li><li>Competency in design software packages - AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, and InDesign and MS Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>

Interior Designer

Requirements:<ul><li>Passed G.C.E. A/L.</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience in Corporate sales.</li><li>Fluency in English and Sinhala.</li><li>Experience in IT/Electronic sales will be an added advantage.</li></ul>
