- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the similar capacity.
- Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications / MS Office package.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Prepares the product list with all the pricing and send it to the relevant department staff to prepare the coding of those products.
- Needs to coordinate with the finance department to progress the Vendor payments.
- Checks and dispatches the delivery when there is any difficulty with vendor.
- Manages and solves vendor concerns and matters.
- Surveys the product and get the most competent selling price.
