Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Consistently create new and trending organic content on a weekly basis, support product launches and brand campaigns.
- Develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok.
- Identify and execute content collaborations with influencers that identify with our target audiences.
- Manage and grow Abans primary social media accounts, Instagram and Tik Tok, while also maintaining our presence on Facebook, Pinterest etc.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and overall business objectives.
- Set goals and report on key metrics to measure success and drive decision making on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide ad hoc Brand Marketing support (photo shoot prep, collateral development, blogs, etc.)
- Curate and manage asset library and distribution—including company-owned photos and video, as well as third-party partner, influencer, and UGC assets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications related field or 3+ years social media experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate/agency environment (experience as a digital marketing coordinator is a plus).
- Experience in social media management and strategy.
- Strong copywriting skills and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center.
- Independent creative thinker and able to generate engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, including impeccable grammar and outstanding attention to detail.
- MS Office, Google Apps, WordPress proficient.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
