  • Age between 30 - 45 years.
  • Passed GCE A/L and technical qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology/Electrical Appliances Repairing/Electrical or any related.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity, with hands-on experience in handling Inventory/managing showroom is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Managing the entire operation of the customer service center including housekeeping, invoicing, job closing, clearing pending, inventory management and all HR matters with zero complaints.
  • Ensuring the both revenue and profit targets & KPI's are achieved on monthly basis. 
  • Managing all documentation to confirm proper operation in accordance with the compliances and maintain adequate record keeping.
  • Ensuring that all staff members get regular training in soft skills and technical advancements.
