Senior Software Project Manager

We at Orel Labs are looking for a software project manager to join our team and lead the development and delivery of our innovative products. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the project meets the quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

As a software project manager at Orel Labs, you will:

• Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and resources of the software projects, using agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, testers, designers, customers, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues and escalate them when necessary.
• Track and report on the project progress, status, and performance, using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Ensure that the software products meet the functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the quality standards and best practices.
• Facilitate the continuous improvement of the software development processes and practices.

To be a successful software project manager at Orel Labs, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Project management, or a related field.
• Project management-related professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 4+ years of experience in managing software projects, preferably in DevOps environments.
• Experience in managing medium to large scale projects for international clients will be an added advantage.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management tools.
• A strong technical background and knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented attitude.
