Description
Dimension of the role :
- Responsible to ensure People and organizational development through training and Development initiatives for SPAR SL HO and Stores.
- Facilitate and support the HR department in achieving the key result areas of Human Resource Management and People transformation
- Be pro-active in all Training and Development requirements to support business goals and objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Support with people and Org. development initiatives
- Employee engagement (support with Climate survey)
- Provide JDs and job Analysis
- Define future organization and skills requirements
- Collaborate with Head of HR to define talent and succession planning strategy, development & learning strategy, T&D offers and e-learning
- Organize local training workshops
- Lead and embed the performance management processes & culture at SPAR SL
- Develop the SPAR SL employees (induction, employer branding, pre hire assessment etc. and support with Recruitment and Selection)
- Train and Develop Management Trainee Program in 2021
- Support with interview process and screening
- Exit formalities – 1 to 1 interviews of the store staff
- Manage training records and reports.
- Manage Learning curve initiatives and reporting.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a professional Qualification in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Training and Development at a Corporate
- Devising Training and Development initiates for all levels of employees.
- Working knowledge in English both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.
- Flair for the business and be proactive for timely actions in meeting Business goals
- Be proactive and innovative in meeting People development strategy
- Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure
- Ability to put forward a business case for management ‘buy-in’ and deliberation
