Description
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of HRM
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
- Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Act as a single point of contact for the employees and management of the assigned business unit and to build a strong relationship with all the stakeholders
- Ensure pre and post recruitment formalities are met according to the set standards
- Manage performance appraisal process in coordination with Group HR
- Identify training needs of the staff, arrange appropriate training and development programs in coordination with Group HR
- Ensure 100% completion of all the HR service requirements of the stakeholders as per the given standards
- Ensure timely submission of payroll details
- Exit Process to be completed on time (Clearance, Handling exit interviews etc)
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Represents the courts when it is a mandate for HR department’s representation based on legal advice
- Handle all the other areas for the assigned unit such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues, domestic inquires, engagement activates etc
