  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in the field of HRM
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and work with minimum supervision.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality

  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and management of the assigned business unit and to build a strong relationship with all the stakeholders
  • Ensure pre and post recruitment formalities are met according to the set standards
  • Manage performance appraisal process in coordination with Group HR
  • Identify training needs of the staff, arrange appropriate training and development programs in coordination with Group HR
  • Ensure 100% completion of all the HR service requirements of the stakeholders as per the given standards
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll details
  • Exit Process to be completed on time (Clearance, Handling exit interviews etc)
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Represents the courts when it is a mandate for HR department’s representation based on legal advice
  • Handle all the other areas for the assigned unit such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues, domestic inquires, engagement activates etc
