- Possesses Certificate or Diploma Qualification related to the field
- Proficiency in Computer literacy in Microsoft office packages
- Minimum 3 years Experiences in similar role would be added an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and communication skills.
- Responsible to safeguard the Hire Purchase asset of the company by providing Back Office support to the field operation through field report finalization, keep track records of field functions & provide information for MIS reports in order to mitigate the risks which could be raised from HP operation.
- Processes Collection bonus related Information and prepare collection bonus
- Processes Normal and Special LOD requests
- Involves in preparing MIS reports and analysis as assigned by HOD
