Dimension of the role
- Responsible to ensure reception duties are carried out adhering to Company Code of Conduct and Values.
- Facilitate and support Commercial Office general Administration work (Customers, suppliers, visitors and admin etc.)
- Ensure the cleanliness/housekeeping of the office, meal area, washrooms and surrounding areas.
- Reception duty and office administration.
- Management of stationary for Commercial office.
- Support with Commercial Office general housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Support with employee engagement activities.
- Support HO Reception duty where necessary.
- Manage Commercial office visitors, suppliers and goods received.
Minimum requirements:
G.C.E. O/L qualification.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in reception or administration duties.
- Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.
- Flair for the business understanding and experience in supporting large organizations.
- Be proactive and innovative in meeting People administrative goals.
- Ability to work through numerous and varied decisions taken under pressure.
