Qualifications
To be a successful People Operations Officer your attitude is key. You are open-minded, self-driven, take initiative, a quick learner, and are able to engage with both stakeholders and employees across all levels of the organization. You are operational in all you do and not afraid to get your hands dirty contributing to a task or assignment.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Degree (or equivalent) preferably in the field of Business Management.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operational people tasks within a global organization, working across various cultures and time-zones.
- Passion for People, with experience in onboarding, learning and development initiatives.
- Track record of delivering people related projects and initiatives.
- The ability to prioritize work effectively, while working on multiple initiatives.
- A structured approach and good coordination skills.
- An eye for details and a mind for numbers.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). Experience working with JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous.
- Experience working with ATS or HRIS, would be advantageous.
