Description
As the Global Manager DEI, you will:
- Evolve and execute our DEI vision, mission, values, and goals, creating an environment where difference is embraced and individuals can flourish
- Oversee and develop DEI governance, policies, standards, and processes
- Analyse, monitor and evaluate the impact of our DEI initiatives on business performance and employee engagement, using feedback to recommend improvements
- Work with senior leaders from different functions and regions to develop new ideas and approaches to challenge us and help us grow.
- Provide actionable advice and guidance to help implement DEI initiatives across the organization
- Provide strategic guidance to the business on DEI-related issues and opportunities
- Serve as an external partner to relevant industry groups, representing our organization in external DEI networks, forums, events, and partnerships
- Maintain regular communications with relevant content across IFS for DEI including nurturing the Employee Resources Groups
- Development of training materials and toolkits for managers to promote awareness
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent in human resources management, social science or a related field
- Proven ability in human resources management and diversity management in a global or regional context
- Proven ability to facilitate complex organizational change initiatives related to DEI and culture transformation
- A strong comprehension of DEI legal frameworks and best practices in different countries and regions around the world
- A high level of agility, collaborative mindset, gravitas and trustworthiness to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- An awareness and understanding of social justice and human rights issues in a business and commercial context
