Consultant Business Applications (Aerospace & Defense Industry) – Unified Support

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related field is a mandatory requirement
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries, with a focus on Service & Asset Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Maintenance areas
• Critical thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving business process challenges related to ERP Systems faced by clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to apply expertise and technology to achieve work objectives
• The potential to work in a distributed global team set up on a 24*7 roster is a requirement
• The following are value added skills, if available:
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, specially in IFS Products
• Usage of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools in a support service environment
• Azure service administration and operations
• Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and/ or SQL
• Candidates with the Aerospace & Defense industry exposure will be given strong preference
