- Should have passed A/L's.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (verbal and written).
- Good customer care and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- Should have good knowledge in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience would be an added advantage.
- Check all warranty part orders with history reports.
- Preparing DO pending report.
- Checking history and entering claims to SAP system.
- Entering claims to SCM system.
- Over the phone problem solving regarding the claim with RM's & Executives.
- Daily checking and finalizing credit summary sheets & SCM report sent to Accounts dep.
- Send warranty status report to RM's and Executives.
- CSI Calling (Calling customers).
