Referral Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Earning points:
   1. Points will be awarded once the full criteria is fulfilled. The full criteria is:
      1. Complete YOUR profile more than 80% and validate YOUR mobile number (mentioned on your profile) via an OTP code sent to your phone by Careers360.
      2. You FRIENDS should use your unique link and sign up, complete THEIR profile more than 80% and validate THEIR mobile number (mentioned in their profile) via an OTP code sent to their phone by Careers360.
   2. The awarded points will be deducted if the full criteria are not met at any given point in time.
2. How to win:
   1. The leaderboard will rank all users in descending order. The player with the highest points by the time and date specified by Careers360 will be awarded the prize.
   2. If there are users on equal points, the user who earned the points first will take precedence. 
   3. Careers360 reserves the right and sole discretion to validate the users profile manually and disqualify the user if 
      1. False information is entered
      2. Manipulation is detected (ie: using false emails and/or false mobile numbers)
      3. Any fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the competition. 
      4. Uses bots, scripts, fictitious identities, fake emails to create profiles
3. Redeeming Points:
   1. The winner chosen by Careers360 will get the promised gift and ALL points earned up to this point will be wiped out (i.e: brought to zero) and pushed to the end of the leader board. 
   2. They can continue to take part in the competition to earn more gifts after redeeming. 
4. Others:
   1. Participation in the Referral Scheme is prohibited, in situations where deemed void by applicable law or regulation.
   2. Careers360 reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Referral Scheme at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
