Entry Requirements

  • Should possess a BSc Degree in Marketing/Sales /Business Management
  • Having an MBA & professional qualification in Marketing / Sales (Ex: CIM) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent negotiation skills & communication skills
  • More than 05 Years’ experience in a similar role would be an added advantage  


Responsibilities
  • Responsible to develop strategies to maximize new customer acquisition through exciting channels & develop execution plans.
  • Design & execute special promotions across all exciting acquisition channels & drive Gross Addition targets assigned.
  • Continuously engage with sales teams (Market visits, meetings, calls, etc,) & provide necessary guidance / support to drive daily / weekly / monthly Gross addition targets
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities & react to relevant ones to protect SOGAs / SONAs
  • Engage with cross functional teams in finalizing / implementing acquisition tool kit ( new Products, new commission schemes, new offers, new activation mechanisms etc,)
  • Responsible to deliver acquisition target assigned & manage acquisition quality set (customer retention during first 3 months) & also responsible for the first 3 months revenue target of newly acquired customers
  • Develop new alternative sales channels that would be required to expand postpaid acquisition and Grow & monetize online sales acquisition channel
  • Design new channel commission schemes / promo plans to drive sustainable revenue model through newly developed channels
  • Responsible to deliver acquisition target assigned & manage acquisition quality set (customer retention during first 3 months) & also responsible for the first 3 months revenue target of newly acquired customers
  • Develop strategies that would be required to partner with organizations with a specific customer segment that could be targeted with a specific postpaid product.
  • Build mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with selected external organizations to drive Gross Additions.
  • Engage with cross functional teams in finalizing / implementing acquisition tool kit (new Products, new commission schemes, new offers, new activation mechanisms etc,)
  • Develop strategies to migrate targeted prepaid customers to postpaid - identify prepaid customers with a postpaid profile using analytics and conduct focused campaigns to convert such customers from pre to post
