About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team, specializing in villa rentals. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of spoken English, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect villa for their vacation. You’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries and will play a key role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from clients interested in renting villas. Provide information on villa options, availability, and pricing with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Booking Management: Assist clients with the booking process, ensuring all required information is collected accurately and efficiently. Manage bookings from initial inquiry through to confirmation and post-booking support.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Understand clients’ preferences and travel needs to suggest suitable villa options and services that meet their requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and positive referrals.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any booking issues, cancellations, or complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings using our internal systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, booking software).
