Key duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the Driver’s rosters through the HRIS system.
  • Enter monthly duty rosters into the HRIS system in advance.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, repairs and workshop job orders.
  • Keep records of vehicle fleet, insurance, and revenue license renewals.
  • Maintain and organize a filing system for transportation-related documents.
  • Perform daily checks to reconcile drivers' running charts with dispatch documents.
  • Prepare and submit monthly vehicle running returns for Senior Manager approval.
  • Update and submit driver’s attendance, leave through the HRIS system.

Ideal Candidate should Possess:

  • Certificate or Diploma in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in transportation or logistics coordination.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with vehicle documentation and licensing requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be a good team player.
