Description
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content for the Acumatica ERP team.
Qualifications
- Prior content developing experience in the IT industry for 3+ years
- Degree In IT or relevant field
- Ability to write C# code examples
- Experience in working with REST API documentation is preferred
- Ability to research and learn.
- Excellent English writing skills along with a good ability to express thoughts in a clear, logical, and concise manner in written format
- Self-discipline and the ability to work without supervision
- Ability to collaborate with teammates
- Strong commitment to high-quality results
- An eye for detail and consistency

Responsibilities
- Develop documentation for developers in the assigned functional areas
- Keep content up-to-date
- Develop training courses and certification tests
- Write code examples in C#
- Resolve support cases related to training materials
- Verify error messages and labels of UI elements on demand
- Perform watcher duties
- Work with SME to identify user scenarios and information gaps
