Description
  • Should hold a B. Sc. In Engineering or MSc in telecommunication or IT and have knowledge of telecommunication with minimum 3-5 years of work experience. Or,
  • Should possess NDES/NDT/HNDE or MSc in telecommunication or IT and have knowledge of telecommunication with minimum 8-10 years of work experience.

  • Responsible for being the single point of contact for all Tech related pre / post sales and during the operation for selected customers.
  • Required to understand customer requirement and assist ESE to provide the optimal solution.
  • Should work closely with sales to win customers, and with BU’s to take newly introduced solutions to customers.
  • Need to assist operational teams to sort technical issues related to customers.
  • Required to propose futuristic solutions to align Dialog network and customer network to generate a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Required to analyze current customer network performance and predict any future issues to prevent them occurring.
  • Responsible for taking up necessary discussions and actions as preventive measures with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Should analyze the network performance and suggest changes.
  • Should Understand / create new customer requirements.
  • Assist Solution engineer to design the solution.
  • Accountable for proposing customers with industry new trends.
  • Required to propose BU’s other technical teams of the customer trends.
  • Introduce industry best practices to both customers and internal teams.
