Completed or pursuing a degree
5+ years’ experience in relevant field
Good experience in customer support
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent in spoken and written on English language.
Knowledge in accounting and investment practices
Understanding in Australian accent would be an added advantage
Experience in handling Investment Portfolio System would be an added advantage
Good knowledge and experience in accounting software or MS Excel is mandatory
Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations
