DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the headcount budget and oversee the talent acquisition process within the recruitment turnaround time.
- Utilize advanced Excel data analytics to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics, trends, and performance data for decision making purposes.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by liaising with all SBUS and departments to determine essential positions.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements.
- Publish job advertisements in a timely manner on various platforms including online company career portals, recruitment sites, headhunters, social platforms, print media, posters, and flyers as needed.
- Source potential candidates, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn recruitment.
- Create and maintain a healthy CV database and a ready-to-hire talent pool.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Plan interviews and conduct selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the IT industry.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn recruitment and other social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
