Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Network Administration: Manage and support network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from cyber threats.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hospital staff.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.
Tasks:
- Excellent knowledge of networking, operating systems, and server management.
- Provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
- Responsibility for the day-to-day IT Level 2 support
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (including various editions). maintain regular backups of websites, applications, and databases to prevent data loss
- Active Directory (AD) Management
- Manage and maintain track of company information and assets.

- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Azure services and resources related to Windows Server infrastructure
- Experience in working with 0365 Admin Center
- Experience in working with Desktop Operating Systems windows 7,10 and 11
- Should have basic knowledge of CCTV IP Camera, NVR
- Should have basic knowledge of Access control and finger print devices
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, etc.).
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
