Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the showroom manager to implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail sales in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
