Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising the daily operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the showroom manager to implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
