Description
  • HND or a Degree from a Reputed Institute. Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks.
  • Experience with cloud computing services, mainly Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, and related data stores such as Postgres, RDS etc.
  • Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development and system engineering
  • Experience in IT Service Management Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Certifications related to Cloud Infrastructure Management and / or Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years' relevant work experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management and related other services 


  • Active participation in identification, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to cloud environment.
  • Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications.
  • Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Proficient with container systems like Docker and container orchestration like EC2 Container Service, Kubernetes and EKS.
  • Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
  • Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.
  • Building and designing web services in the cloud, along with implementing the set-up of geographically redundant services.
  • Identify and implement operational process improvements 
  • Streamline procedures and minimize manual tasks by automation 
  • Ensure system availability and performance by proactive monitoring, alerts and notifications 
  • Ensure change management processes, incident and problem management processes are followed and update them to identify and proactively remediate incidents
  • Apply patches and required updates on systems in a timely manner 
  • Managing network-related workloads including DNS and firewalls
  • Review existing Operational services, identify improvements and advice customer 
  • Building strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to team members in order to groom the team.
  • Provide other functions with support beyond scope of responsibilities in order to achieve common organizational goals
  • Undertake any other tasks requested by the Line Manager
