  • GCE AL
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 1-year Experience in the sales field
  • Outgoing personality
  • A business / Marketing related degree or professional qualification/part qualification is a definite added advantage
  • Responsible to meet company revenue targets in order to achieve the company's overall profit while driving sales force productivity extracting the ultimate performance of their team members and customer relationship management which are key for a company's success.
  • Canvases sales to achieve assigned team target in a given period and expense controls
  • Oversees the activities, performance, and total operation of the sales team
  • Maintains information relevant to sales activities and communicates with the Coordinators and the Pre Sales Engineers
  • Manges and Maintains Customer relationships and database.
  • Analyses Competitor activities and brands closely to achieve competitor advantage & Motivates and drives the team to achieve targets
  • Collects outstanding payments within the credit period and Product Demonstration.
