Senior Pattern Technologist

Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Pattern Technologist leads a team of pattern makers and is responsible for creating patterns from development, preparing size charts, and grading for bulk production, all in accordance with customer specifications, technical guidelines, and the TNA plan.         

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for understanding customer specifications and developing patterns in accordance with the Time and Action TNA plan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical input related to patterns and achieve functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide guidance to the team of Pattern Makers.

Education

Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making

Experience

1 to 3+ years of experience in Pattern Making
