<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed organisation, preferably in the service industry</li><li>An associate member of ACCA(UK) / Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka</li><li>An MBA from a recognized university in the field of Finance / Accounting is an added advantage</li><li>Sound knowledge of accounting standards and tax-related matters</li><li>Having prior audit experience will be an added advantage</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Assist senior management in business planning and strategy formulation while leading the finance-related functions of the company</li><li>Oversee all finance and accounting functions including budgeting, costing, cash flow management, payroll, and management reporting</li><li>Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports to the senior management for decision-making</li><li>Ensure all accounting is done in compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li><li>Liaise with financial institutions, insurance agencies, and statutory bodies such as the Inland Revenue Department</li><li>Proper treasury management to ensure company funds are managed effectively</li><li>Ensure credit control is managed effectively for proper cash-flow utilization</li><li>Coordinate with other divisions on a daily basis to ensure timely invoicing and releasing of payments as well as resolving other accounting/tax-related matters efficiently</li><li>Liaise with external auditors and ensure that the annual financial audit is conducted properly</li><li>Coach and manage the Finance Team</li></ul>
