Senior Factory Manager - RPNF

Your primary responsibilities includes,

• Ensure efficient and continuous operation of a complex manufacturing plant.

• Identify and implement technologies for low cost manufacturing.

• Achieve lowest reference level production costs in the industry.

• Manage the production team and staff.

• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders at a senior level.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• B. sc. Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years' experience after B. Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) in managerial capacity
• Proven experience at a senior management level in a manufacturing operation
• 15 years after Diploma in Mechanical engineering in managerial capacity for at least 10 years.
• Excellent operations management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical fabrication processes such as CNC, lathe and finishing.
• Experience in working with troubleshooting microcontrollers.
