DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for all daily/pre-planned and ad-hoc operational purchasing needs and make sure on time delivery</li><li>Implementing new procurement strategies for cost saving and make sure that all purchasing are in line with company policies and procedures</li><li>Responsible to locate, negotiate, assess and purchase items from local vendors </li><li>Liaise with the main stores to evaluate the condition of supplies based on the quality, price and delivery of service</li><li>Attending for annual price revision work sheet</li><li>Preference will be given to those who have involved with purchasing of electronic items, stationeries and other FMCG products</li><li>Handing of telecommunications related items and ERP knowledge would be an added advantage</li><li>Selected applicants will receive attractive remuneration package as per industry standards</li></ul> THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:<ul><li>Minimum 3 Year experience in procurement function</li><li>Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute/ professional body</li><li>Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill with suppliers.</li><li>Age between 30-40</li><li>Extremely reliable and trustworthy</li></ul>
