Key Responsibilities 

  • Consistently create new and trending organic content on a weekly basis, support product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Develop, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and Tik Tok. Identify and execute content collaborations with influencers that identify with our target audiences.
  • Manage and grow Abans primary social media accounts, Instagram and Tik Tok, while also maintaining our presence on Facebook, Pinterest etc.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and overall business objectives.
  • Set goals and report on key metrics to measure success and drive decision making on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide ad hoc Brand Marketing support (photo shoot prep, collateral development, blogs, etc.)
  • Curate and manage asset library and distribution-including company-owned photos and video, as well as third-party partner, influencer, and UGC assets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications related field or 3+ years social media experience.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a corporate/agency environment (experience as a digital marketing coordinator is a plus).
  • Experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Strong copywriting skills and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business Center.
  • Independent creative thinker and able to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, including impeccable grammar and outstanding attention to detail.
  • MS Office, Google Apps, WordPress proficient.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
