- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and exceed customer expectations as the central point of contact.
- Attend meetings with Customers and deliver presentations.
- Orchestrate with internal teams such as Pre / Post sales teams to ensure smooth operation.
- Be Informed and updated about our Products and Services offered to customers.
- Coordinate with the assigned sector team members to achieve individual and sector targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of Products, Solutions and engage in Project Management and Business Development.
- Business Development: Involve the strategic account management discussions and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate/ fresh graduate: Pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, management, or a related field.
- Basic Finance and Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with basic finance concepts and operational processes will be an added advantage (E.g. -AAT certification).
- Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication both internally and externally.
- Customer Relations Experience: Previous exposure to customer relations or customer service roles is advantageous, showcasing the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
