Key Expected Achievements

  • Cyber security solution engineering and risk advisory across Michelin BRs infrastructure and operations including network, infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, technology services (e.g. email), assuring appropriate risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Ensuring the deployment of security tooling across the beyond road landscape, in conjunction with the network, datacenter applications and EUX teams.
  • Ensuring the Security Operations Centers (SOC) have full visibility across the ecosystem, and actively participate in incident response
  • Leading infrastructure security cultural transformation across the Michelin BR in line with the Security Strategy
  • The advanced threats, risks and security vulnerabilities of the company's IT and digital solutions are known and evaluated.
  • Assessing risk across third party suppliers, vendors, and contractors for their area of responsibility, elevating and reporting on the same.
  • Managing and influencing the closing of vulnerabilities across their area of responsibility, in conjunction with the service line managers.
  • Define and align to the principles, standards, best practices, and security guidelines (Data, Integration, BI, Infrastructure, Security)
  • Providing standards and controls feedback, based on implementation requirements of the service lines
  • Ensure technical controls are implemented to support data protection policies
  • Ensure that a server-side patching, malware, and system update program is in place and provide management reporting to demonstrate compliance
  • Orchestration of vulnerability management across the entire Infrastructure landscape
  • Is recognized as security "mentor" for others and proactively shares his/her competencies
  • Ways to evaluate and reduce risk to the company, and to improve security processes & methods are continuously implemented
