  • Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents as well as direct guests either received online or via telephone.
  • Effective use of the Central Reservations System.
  • Ensure that all reservation vouchers are recorded and entered to the system following standard company procedures with clear and concise information.
  • Maximise conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
  • Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets.
  • Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
