Profile Requirements
- Academic qualification related in Electrical/ Mechanical background (NVQ 6 and above)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the service industry, preferably in a service center environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of service center operations, customer service principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
