Sr Manager testing in GDS delivery unit consists of set of programs within GDS team, which comprises of various projects across industry sector’s and / or regions.
Requirements (Qualifications)
We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
- Sound industry experience of 15 to 20 Yrs, with significant global exposure, eight (8) years of which should be in the specific business domain
(Banking & Capital Markets / Insurance / Wealth & Asset Management etc)
The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of and experience in supervising and executing all phases of a project life cycle, based on proven project management and business management activities. It is essential that the successful candidate possess a deep knowledge of business within the given sector and have a good understanding of applications that support this industry. Delivery experience leading and managing multiple project teams of 100+ people on a global delivery model. Financial responsibility for a $5+ million/year account.
- Be responsible for the utilization of the delivery unit
- Prepare regular dashboards, reports for the management team Engagement Manager, Partners etc
- Be responsible for the growth of the delivery unit – Planning for recruitments, tracking and monitoring the same
- Coordinate with all the support functions of the organization – Like Finance, Talent Acquisition, People Function (HR), Learning & Development team etc
