Responsibilities
- Establishing clear ownership of the project ensuring timely deliverables
- Lead agile technical teams and practice agile principles through priority setting and management
- Organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other project related meetings
- Conducting regular status meetings with the stakeholders, keeping the stakeholders needs and requirements continuously in view
- Tracking progress and review project tasks to ensure the project deadlines are met
- Handle development and project roadblocks
- Advice and optimize development processes during project lifecycle
- Keep the project teams live and motivated to ensure quality deliverables
