Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities under the guidance of the project manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support project documentation and reporting efforts, including project plans, status updates, and meeting minutes.
- Help track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and escalate any issues or risks as needed.
- Assist in conducting meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
- Participate in project quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork.
- Maintains a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work deliverables.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Shows eagerness to learn and develop new skills in project management and related areas.
- Prior experience or coursework in project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
