Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities under the guidance of the project manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Support project documentation and reporting efforts, including project plans, status updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Help track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and escalate any issues or risks as needed.
  • Assist in conducting meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
  • Participate in project quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices within the organization.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Coordination.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork.
  • Maintains a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work deliverables.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Shows eagerness to learn and develop new skills in project management and related areas.
  • Prior experience or coursework in project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
