- Minimum 3 Years of experience in the areas of Management, Product development, Business Analysis, Project Management, software development or related fields
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in the areas of Business Management, Marketing or information technology, Data / Computer Science from a reputed local or foreign institute / awarding body
- Background in product management, project management, category management, key account management will be an added advantage
- Superior communication skills and ability to work with multiples stakeholders to develop cross functional decisions
- Ability to work in an agile environment with minimum supervision and with eyes on deadlines and a delivery focus
- Analytics thinking, data interpretation skills and a bias for learning
- Driving adoption and growth of a selected digital product within a digital eco-system
- Developing the end-to-end strategy for the given product by crafting the perfect user journeys to cater to the customer needs through the product
- Harnessing the resources and capabilities of internal and external stakeholders to achieve the product level KPIs within the given time frame
- Constructing and leading the product level roadmap which includes
- Technical Development – Understanding the product and it’s features in depth to identify technical level improvements / requirements and coordinating with internal development teams to execute relevant product advancements in a timely manner
- Growth Strategy & Gap Analysis – Understanding the core functionality of the product and preparing growth strategies, developing internal and external partnerships to add value or improve efficiency of the product
- Marketing and Communication strategy – Coordinating with internal and external marketing teams to develop the correct communicational strategy by understanding the right target audience of the product
- Operations strategy – Constantly evaluating the operational level effectiveness and efficiency of the product and identifying areas of improvement
- Developing sustainable key relationships with partner network to add value to your product using existing resources
- Understanding consumer behavior and generating strategies to capitalize on the market opportunities related to the overall business
- Understanding the workflow between internal teams and preparing SOPs to clearly define processors to improve efficiency of the product
- Analyzing the performance of the product and driving continuous improvements in features and performance
- Monitoring performance through BI and analytics tools and ensuring a data driven approach to strategy crafting and performance evaluations
- Understanding the latest trends of your product domain and ensuring the product roadmaps contain such improvements
