Company: Impress PrintingAbout the Role: We are seeking a&nbsp;highly experienced Printing Production Manager&nbsp;to oversee and manage all aspects of print production within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring high-quality outputs, meeting client deadlines, optimizing machine utilization, and maintaining production efficiency from pre-press to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee all printing production jobs to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Manage daily operations of the pressroom, die-cutting, lamination, stamping, and packaging departments.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales, design, and pre-press teams to ensure smooth project handovers.</li><li>Monitor and optimize machine utilization, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Supervise and train production staff; ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed.</li><li>Troubleshoot print production issues, delays, or quality concerns.</li><li>Manage raw material and consumable stock levels and coordinate with procurement.</li><li>Implement and maintain production tracking systems (digital or manual). Ensure all print jobs meet client specifications and internal quality control benchmarks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum&nbsp;5 years of experience&nbsp;in a production management role within a&nbsp;commercial printing or packaging press.</li><li>Strong understanding of&nbsp;offset printing, die-cutting, stamping, folding/gluing, and finishing processes.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;production planning software&nbsp;and basic knowledge of&nbsp;color management and pre-press standards.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Technical background or diploma/degree in&nbsp;Printing Technology&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;ISO printing standards</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;maintenance schedules for Heidelberg, Komori, or similar machines</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles</li></ul>
