About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of commercial printing and custom packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in sectors such as F&B, cosmetics, retail, and manufacturing.
• Meet with clients to understand their printing and packaging needs, provide customized solutions, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate job execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or B2B industries).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical details of packaging and print products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Fluent in English
Preferred Backgrounds:
• Sales experience in offset printing, rigid boxes, labels, or custom packaging.
• Knowledge of production timelines, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Existing network of clients in the restaurant, cosmetics, or FMCG industries is a plus.
