Description
- Achieving Pharmacy sales budgets on a monthly basis
- Analyzing department sales and stocks on a regular basic and category stocks maintained as per given budget and time scales.
- To ensure high standards of customer service is maintained in a consistent manner within the department.
- To ensure have nil customers complains in the department
- Pharmacy stock to be controlled within target and ordering to be done as per requirement
- Make sure the pharmacy category cleanliness standards are met along with the best hygienic conditions
- Maintains the right product mixes within the category and ensure all price tags & SELs are completed 100%
- Coordinate with MOH and ensure that all government rules and policies are followed
- To ensure effective communication is maintain with the manger all department and supporting service • Ensure all pharmacy equipment's are maintained properly-liaise with maintenance department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in retail industry.
- Overseas retail experience would be added advantages.
- Valid license to practice the profession
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
