Description
The Role:
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly picked, packed, and shipped.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team or courier to maintain order flow and minimize delays on deliveries Monitor and update order status in the
- system, resolving any issues promptly
- Track and report on shipping performance, addressing any delays or issues
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and delivery
- Support for after-sales services (Warranty and other)
Requirements:
- 01 Year of Experience in a related field (Logistics/Courier)
- Sound knowledge on MS Office packages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
