Description
- Possess a degree/ partly qualified in Business Management / Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- Establishing the operational support framework for all BU’s and sales teams, identifying the key gaps to drive achievement and action planning for operational support
- Coordinating with internal audit teams & CBSL during audits and investigations while conducting regular reviews and meetings with key stakeholders for compliance
- Creating test credentials for Web & Tokenization integration and ensuring integration related reports are updated and share weekly update with key stakeholders –
- Coordinating the timeline with Development Team and maintain all technical matters raised by DOE with Development Teams and resolutions within the agreed timeline
- Coordinating payment settlement to vendors and maintaining all records related to the projects as well as preparing eZ Cash monthly reports to CBSL, Fraud analysis, eZ Cash customer & merchant transactions & KYC details for fraud investigation/Compliance
- Facilitating internal and external Audit - eZ Cash/NFC/Genie and enhancing the systems to overcome operational/Compliance issues - eZ Cash/NFC/Genie
