Manager - Procurement Engineering

• Managing all procurement for CAPEX projects including sourcing and supporting contractors and managing compliance audits
• Ensuring an uninterrupted supply of services for all CAPEX projects in line with strategies defined by the procurement and project team
• Coordinating with user functions to prepare tender drafts, contacts and other documentation for a transparent and successful tendering process
• Evaluating project proposals (including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments) to maintain compliance requirements and meet organizational goals
• Collaborating with engineering and other relevant teams to select the best possible vendors, contractors and suppliers for capital projects

Requirements

• At least two years' experience in Capital Project Management & Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Advanced knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to engineering and capital projects
• A dynamic, detail-oriented and accountable mindset with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams
