Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging digital content for various platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the organization's presence in search engine results.
- Stay informed about SEO and SEM best practices and implement strategies to improve online visibility.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
