Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Economics or completed CIMA, CFA, ACCA or CA Sri Lanka

  • Undertake and lead advisory service engagements primarily in the area of Valuation & Corporate Finance and feasibility studies and successfully interface with multiple clients
  • Lead and manage capital raising initiatives for clients including start-up operations
  • Provide subject matter expertise, identify issues, and propose strategies in business valuation
  • Support other practice areas of Transaction Services and Consulting as and when required
  • Execute business and financial statement analysis, review and develop financial models, prepare reports and presentation material for internal and external clients as required in the normal course of Advisory Services engagements
  • Provide clients with pre-/post- M&A advisory (pre-acquisition earnings impacts, management buy-outs, and strategic advisory)
  • Manage fair market value engagements and also provide fair value expertise to audit teams
  • Perform industry and market research, economic analysis along with related quantitative and qualitative analysis as required in the normal course of Advisory Service engagements, business development requirements and internal knowledge management initiatives
  • Conduct subject matter research, conduct option and scenario analysis and other decision support analysis
  • Managing and guiding a team of analysts to generate high quality output on a timely basis
  • Real estate advisory including buyer and supplier search, evaluation of properties in line with client requirements and coordinating with RICS valuers for estimation of value
