Your primary responsibilities include,
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities effectively and efficiently to minimize unexpected breakdowns
• Handle machinery breakdowns efficiently and restore normalcy with minimum interruption to production
• Maintenance of site premises and plant machinery to ensure optimal level of operation of the manufacturing facility
• Ensure all machinery and plant equipment are maintained to highest standard
• Carry out studies and implement continuous improvement to enhance reliability and efficiency of machinery
• Carry out engineering projects in the factory premises within the given time frame and cost effectively
• Work with external service providers/contractors and obtained quality output within a reasonable time frame
• Effective cost management of all maintenance activities
The ideal candidate should possess:
• A BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Age below 40 years.
