Lead - Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
• Requirement Elicitation and Documentation Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, and other relevant documentation to support project success.
• Process Optimization Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance overall business processes.
• Collaboration with Cross functional Teams Interface with development, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog of requirements.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to proactively address potential issues and challenges.
• Work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies and ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units and the project team, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in requirement documentation and elicitation.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of telecommunication domain.
• Good knowledge in Sprint planning, Scrum management, Spring reviews, Story decompositions, tacking and monitoring.
