Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overlook the Engagement and Performance Management Cycles within the Organization.
  • Designing of annual budgets for engagement activities and have an execution plan.
  • Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of
  • the appraisals.
  • Contribute to the development and integration of KPI and competency models within PMIS.
  • Overlook and coordinate with the HRIS system providers in a smooth process flow within the PMIS.
  • Responsible in supporting the HODs on any re-evaluations, promotion cycles and appreciation letters and ensure it's
  • handled in a fair, transparent, and equitable way. Play a key role in supporting, organizing and implementing events
  • planned monthly or quarterly in driving participation.
  • Design effective communication methods and channels within the hospital & lab network.
  • Implement employee welfare & wellbeing programmes.
  • Implement industry best practices in employee engagement to enhance employee experience.


Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • A HR degree holder with at least 1 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in vendor or agency management.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle stress and pressure.
